After Sales Service

Following your purchase from HomeLife Designs you will recieve an email confirming the details of your order. This acts as your reciept of purchase and will hold your order reference number please use this in all correspondances with us.

Delivery


Delivery is within 5-10 working days, we will contact you within 5 day's to confirm the date. We will also call you the day before to confirm that it's still ok to deliver. Due to widescale deliveries across the UK we are unfortunetly unable to confirm the exact time of the delivery but will do our best to advise am or pm.

In order for a successful delivery, you must be at your delivery address to sign for the goods. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you may be charged for re-delivery.
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. At this time, if you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) we are only able to deliver your goods to the ground floor entrance.
